The Khmer Lotus Revolution will organize a rally in front of the vietnamese Embassy in Paris on
October 22sd 2011 at 15 hours at the following adress :

The Khmer Lotus Revolution call on all khmers of all political obedience residing in Paris and in the provinces to joint numerous in the rally in order to force Vietnam to respect the terms of the Paris Peace Accord of 23rd october 1991?
